Organic Labs stands behind the quality of OrganicAndro. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this policy, customers may be eligible for a 100% refund if they are not satisfied with their results within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Order Fulfillment Refunds
If an order is not fulfilled or shipped, the customer is entitled to a full refund. Refunds issued due to non-fulfillment do not require product usage, completion of the 30-day period, or submission of health or lifestyle documentation.
Results-Based Refund Eligibility
Refunds requested under the 30-day money-back guarantee are results-based and subject to verification. To qualify, the customer must demonstrate consistent adherence to the following health fundamentals for the full 30-day period:
1. Sleep: An average of 7–9 hours per night, verified through time-stamped records from a sleep tracking application, wearable device, or equivalent documentation.
2. Nutrition: Maintenance of a balanced diet, supported by daily food logs or screenshots from a nutrition tracking application covering the entire 30-day period.
3. Exercise: Engagement in at least 30 minutes of physical activity per day, verified by gym check-ins, fitness tracker data, or other date-specific records.
Failure to provide complete, accurate, and verifiable documentation will result in ineligibility for a refund.
Submission Requirements
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests must include all required documentation at the time of submission. Incomplete, unverifiable, or late submissions will be denied.
Organic Labs reserves the sole discretion to review, verify, approve, or deny refund requests based on compliance with this policy.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution. Shipping fees, handling fees, and third-party transaction fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
Additional Terms
- This policy applies only to purchases made directly through Organic Labs or authorized sales channels.
- Refunds are limited to one refund per customer and/or household, where permitted by law.
- Organic Labs reserves the right to modify or terminate this refund policy at any time, without prior notice, except where prohibited by law.
- This refund policy does not affect any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
