OrganicAndro Trial Offer Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the OrganicAndro Free Trial Offer, provided by Organic Labs LLC.

Offer Terms

By claiming the OrganicAndro Free Trial Offer, you agree to receive one (1) bottle of OrganicAndro at no cost, excluding a required shipping and handling fee. This offer is limited to one trial per customer. Your 30-day trial period begins on the date your order is placed.

Subscription Terms

By participating in this trial, you are automatically enrolled in our subscription program. Thirty (30) days after your trial order date, you will be charged $58.45 (a 10% discount off the standard $64.95 price) for your second, third, and fourth months. After the fourth month, your subscription will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at the locked-in discounted rate of $58.45 per month, unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time after the initial 4-month commitment.

Early Cancellation During Trial & Commitment Period

You may cancel your participation at any time during the initial 30-day trial period or during the subsequent 3-month subscription commitment (months 2–4). If you cancel at any point before completing the initial 4-month commitment, a one-time early cancellation fee of $24.95 will be charged to cover product handling, processing, and fulfillment costs.

If cancellation occurs during the trial period, no subscription charges will apply beyond the cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs during months 2–4, no further monthly subscription charges will be billed after cancellation, aside from the applicable cancellation fee. Billing Terms

All payments, including shipping and handling fees, subscription charges, and any applicable cancellation fee, will be automatically charged to the payment method provided at checkout.

Charges will appear as “Organic Labs” on your billing statement. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and up to date.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the trial offer, the initial trial bottle is non-refundable. Subscription orders are subject to our full Refund Policy, available on our website.

Modification Rights

Organic Labs reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without notice. Any changes will not affect orders already placed under the terms of the existing promotion
